Lip Blush
About the procedure:
Beautiful, pouty lips with a natural looking tint of color? Sounds like every woman’s dream! Our amazing tinted lips technique, revolutionized by our artist Elmira, makes that dream a reality! This service yields soft and natural results while keeping pain and discomfort to a minimum; not to mention, the aftercare process requires no down time! Tinted lips help to enhance your natural shape, giving your lips a contour without seeing a defining line. It can even help with scarring on the lips and uneven skin tone. Tinted lips do not impact your ability to wear lipstick, and it can fully be covered by any lip product whenever you want. This technique is so soft, people will be wondering what lip product gives you such a balanced look! It is best to moisturize your lips well in the days leading up to your procedure (with Aquaphor or something similar). Post-procedure lips must be coated with a moisturizing agent throughout the day and before bedtime. The procedure requires approximately 1-1.5 hours, and you can go about your regular routine immediately after. A touch-up is required 6-12 weeks after the initial procedure. After that, touch-ups are determined on an individual basis.
Please note: For the first 4-5 days, lips may be sensitive to touch, slightly swollen, appear uneven, and the color may be brighter than desired. This is very common for all permanent cosmetic lip procedures.

Additional Information
Please be aware that the result of the procedure is depending the following: Medication and health conditions, Skin Conditions – i.e. oily and poor skin, very dry/flaky skin, sun-damaged skin, loose or laxed skin, Natural skin undertones, Alcohol intake and smoking, General stress, immune system, Poor diet and not following the aftercare instructions, may affect your healed results.
Antacids, thyroid and anxiety medications have been reported as interfering with permanent makeup either by affecting retention or shifting the pigment to an undesirable tone. Remember, everything we eat and drink have their own chemical structure and the electron ends that are unattached or free, may get attached to others compounds inside the body forming a new molecule that may show a different color spectrum. With that info, an educated client may have better expectation and know that she / he may need more frequent adjustments that others. The better condition your skin is in, the better the final result will be. Mature clients may need an additional one to two weeks healing for the final results to appear. The better you take care of your skin and protect it from UV rays, the better the outcome and lifespan of the permanent cosmetic procedures.
After Care & Healing:
Your post procedure lip care consists of cleaning your lips every hour for the first four hours after your procedure and then every three to four hours the day after your procedure using our after care pads which will be provided to you. In between each wipe aquaphor should be applied to your lips and your lips should be kept moist and coated at all times even at night. You must apply a thick coat of aquaphor to your lips before bedtime. We recommend keeping your lips coated and moisturized for 3- 4 weeks post procedure. Your lips may slightly scab and peel. You must let the scabbing process happen naturally. This is very important for your retention and skin healing. Do NOT pick at the scabs, scratch your lips, peel your scabs off, or scrub the area. This can result in scarring and will affect your overall retention of the pigment.
Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for any clients who have the following below:
- Pregnant or nursing
- Diabetic
- Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
- Viral infections and/or diseases
- Epilepsy
- Pacemaker or major heart problems

Eye Brows
What is Microblading?
Microblading is a cosmetic procedure, where a grouping of needles affixed to a handle manually creates strokes that resemble eyebrow hairs. This specialized technique will give you natural-looking, full brows with minimal upkeep.
The procedure allows you to correct, or completely recreate, lost brows. This technique deposits pigment into the skin, using a hand tool that creates small paper cut-like scratches. Numbing cream will be applied to ensure your comfort, making the procedure painless.
All pigments are expertly chosen to match your hair and skin color, flawlessly blending into any existing hairs. This color will seem bold 3-4 days after your procedure, fading dramatically as they heal, leaving you with beautiful, natural-looking brows.
Are you sick of filling in your brows and ready to have that “I Woke Up Like This” confidence?
Whether your eyebrows are too light, too sparse, or you’re otherwise ready to ditch your eyebrow pencil, Microblading can give you expertly shaped eyebrows, customized in conjunction with your bone structure. Save time in your daily routine and have beautiful eyebrows all day (and all night) for years to come.
Who Should Get Microblading?
If filling in your eyebrows is a vital part of your beauty routine, microblading might be worth considering. The procedure is dermatologist-approved, ensuring its safety.
Even if you decide to go to a cosmetic tattoo artist without a medical degree, it’s important to consult your dermatologist first to ensure your skin is suitable for a tattoo. “Microblading only looks great when you can achieve fine details,” says Elmira. “People with oily skin won’t heal with the crisp strokes needed to achieve a natural look.”
Benefits of Ombre Brows
Permanent makeup offers a wonderful alternative to traditional cosmetics for several compelling reasons. Whether you struggle with poor eyesight or a shaky hand that complicates eyeliner application, or you’re a busy parent with little time to spare on daily makeup routines, permanent makeup provides a time-saving, low-maintenance solution. It lasts longer and significantly simplifies your life—what could be better?
Moreover, permanent makeup can be a transformative option for individuals dealing with conditions like alopecia, trichotillomania, or cleft lip. Visible differences often trigger self-consciousness and impact self-esteem negatively. However, permanent makeup can bolster confidence and positively enhance self-perception.
Some other benefits include:
- Ombre brows provide a natural-looking, fuller brow shape.
- The treatment is less painful than traditional tattooing or microblading.
- Ombre brows can last up to two years with minimal touch-ups.
- The treatment is customizable to match each individual’s skin tone and hair color.
- Ombre brows provide a low-maintenance solution to achieving perfect brows.
Don’t let over-plucked or patchy brows hold you back! Try out ombre brows and achieve the perfect natural-looking brows.
How Long Does Microblading Last?
Like any tattoo, microblading generally fades over time, making permanent eyebrows more like semi-permanent ones. “Microblading is a very natural way to achieve fuller-looking brows without a huge commitment,” Elmira explains. “These brows can last from 1 to 3 years, depending on one’s skin type and lifestyle.” If you use many exfoliating skin-care products or don’t protect your brows from the sun, you may notice them fading faster.
Regardless of your lifestyle, you should plan to return to your artist every 12 to 18 months for a touch-up. The timing of your return is up to you. “The pigments are designed to slowly fade over time, so it’s a personal preference when to come in for maintenance once the color starts to lose concentration,” says Elmira. “Some people prefer a touch-up as soon as they notice some fading, while others wait until the pigment has almost completely disappeared.” During a maintenance appointment, the artist will enhance the existing work by adding more color concentration.
The Initial Session of Permanent Makeup
Concerns about pain during a permanent makeup session are common but generally unfounded, as pain tolerance varies among individuals. The Permanent Makeup Artist will begin by opening sterile cartridges with a full safety membrane in the presence of the client, ensuring hygiene and safety. The pigment is then carefully applied to the top layers of the skin.
During the procedure, you may experience a slight stinging or scratching sensation in the area being treated. Most clients report feeling minimal vibration from the permanent makeup machine. Typically, a topical anesthetic is not used on the first layer to avoid altering the skin’s structure, which can affect pigment absorption. However, a topical anesthetic cream is usually applied after the first layer, if necessary, to numb the skin and ensure your comfort throughout the treatment.
We employ a machine method that delivers an airbrushed effect using pin-dot pigment application. This technique allows for the gradual build-up of color with minimal trauma to the skin. Before concluding the session, we show our clients their new look and make any desired adjustments to ensure satisfaction.
Consultation with Elmira Studio
At The Elmira Studio, we regard the consultation as the most crucial step of the procedure. During this session, we will thoroughly explain the permanent makeup process and address any questions you may have. Additionally, we will review your medical history to determine your suitability for the treatment. You will also be required to read and complete a consent form.
To tailor the treatment to your preferences, we will discuss your makeup routine and personal style. We will explore your desired outcome, whether you seek a natural appearance or a more pronounced effect. By understanding your expectations, we can provide guidance on how permanent makeup can enhance your features.
On the day of your permanent makeup appointment, please allocate 2-3 hours for the entire process from start to finish.
